Calling all NY, NJ area CD owners

Is anyone interested in joining/forming a Cape Dory owners association in the New York/New Jersey area -- Raritan Bay and the waters of New York Harbor and Long Island Sound?

I sail a CD32 (REALIZATION) out of Lockwood Boat Works marina in Morgan, NJ -- Cheesequake Creek. I mainly sail in the waters of Raritan Bay and New York Harbor and I know there are many Cape Dorys in the area. Four are summer stored at Lockwoods -- that's almost an association right there.

Please let me know if you're interested in rendez-vous, regattas, information sharing, etc.

we are interested. We just bought Junonia, a CD 28 Open powerboat.
We agree that we shouldn't leave the CD owners group idea entirely to
our friends on the left coast...
