I received the below message from Carol.
The new hospital is approx 1/2 a mile from the junction of CT Route 15 and Interstate I-91, just northwest of Wethersfield center.
Even I found it with MapQuest; http://www.mapquest.com/.

"Dave was discharged from the Hospital for Special Care today and was admitted to Mediplex of Wethersfield.
. . .
His next stop should be home. His progress is slow but definitely constant. I am hoping to have him home for Christmas.

Thanks for the update, Leo. Do you, or anyone else, know how the half-hull for Dave is coming? I haven't heard anything since the end of July.

Hi Joe,

Yes, the half-hull model.

The short of it is; the ad-hoc committee is still working with the model manufacturer. There have been a few glitches in production that none of us are very happy with! That said, we expect delivery shortly (and actually are 'chomping on the bit' to get it.)

When we get it, we'll deliver it to Dave and make a posting to that effect - stay tuned. (And say some prayers!)
