1977 Cape Dory with trailer located in San Diego.
Has a new outboard with electric start and alternator, Auto-helm auto pilot, vhf, depth, stove, ice box, very large sail inventory, including spinnaker and new storm jib, oversized rigging, insolated backstay for ham radio, Solar Panel, CQR anchor, Bruce anchor, Danforth Anchor. Lots more gear.

I had to sell the Monitor wind-vane but I still have all the custom mounting hardware for the wind-vane so you can just bolt a new one on.

The boat was rigged for cruising and in fact has sailed from Alaska to San Diego. Illness forces me to sell it.

Willing to negotiate on price by keeping some of the gear.
