I just bought a 1986 CD Open Fisherman in excellent condition for $45K. The asking price was 49K. It has a Chrysler 275 w/ 1000 hrs and I feel I got a good deal since most of the CD's I've seen are around 50-55 for gas and 60-65 for diesel. The BUC book might help you set a good price also.

In yachtworld.com do an advanced search under open sport fisherman for the size you are considering selling. There may be other CD's listed and if not you can always compare it to similar boats.
