Inflatable leak-help

One of the valves on my Zodiac inflatable is leaking. Maybe just needs a good cleaning of winter crud. I do believe these valves come apart for cleaning or replacement. Can anyone offer information on how to repair this leak? Where might I be able to purchase a replacement? The dealer I purchased it from is now out of business.
