Hello Tom - If it's original equipment the name of the supplier is Tuphfittings, England. They are, I believe, out of business. I found spare winches and a handle in a marine salvage store(also now out of business. Search under "marine salvage" and you should be able to locate a supplier near you. I continually check local salvage suppliers, for old Cape Dory and Edson parts. You never know what you are going to find
