As Al has suggested, Hansen Marine is an excellent source for Universal M-30, 5424 parts. As for ease of contacting them and delivery time, they can be reached at 781-631-3282 and their delivery from Mass to Long Island has always been 1-2 days. Their parts people are backed up with courteous technically knowledgeable staff willing to talk a problem through with you. If you decide to go with the OEM replacement (expensive!), the part number for the M-30 FLEXIBLE MOUNT is # 300583. The replacement process is very straight forward.
