The May/June 2001 Issue of Good Old Boat has an article about the 25D as well as some owner upgrades. I also seem to remember that you were going to repower with a 2GM20, or something like it. How's the project going? I've sailed my boat, Karma for about 5 years, but have only 'owned' her for about 2 1/2 years. I'm almost 3 hours away from her berth, and to date have only concentrated on 'maintaining' and 'understanding' her systems. Every time I visit her, I learn something new. Additionally, I spend some time thinking about the upgrades that previous owners have made, and whether or not to improve on them, while still staying within a reasonalble boat budget. The best upgrades, I've come to learn, come from slow, thoughtful consideration of your sailing habits, location, prevailing weather, planned trips, etc. So far, I haven't done anything really radical...
