And where exactly is all this wonderful sailing in Oklahoma??? Just sign me your, Chickasha Chicken!
P.S. For the rest of you yankees out there: He didn't tell you about the snowstorm the state had last week. Or about the ice storm that made nationwide news when it knocked out power in most of the state. (Many are still in the dark as I speak). That was a couple weeks ago.
It is quite true that we do have such terrible storms and within 24 hours have Spring and Summerlike weather! Eat your hearts out guys!

Hi Paul
I am pleased to see another Sooner on board. Where/What do you sail? Rhapsody is a CD 25D slipped at Applegate Cove Marina on lackluster Kerr Lake (seriously (sp)). But it is close to the house and doesnt have all the traffic the more popular area lakes have AND few if any jet skies.....AND has some of the most beautiful sunsets anywhere....
Sorry to hear about your ice storm, all we had was rain. I know the northern portion of the state got hit pretty hard. We got our Ice Storm of the Century at Christmas 2000...
Wasnt the snow wonderful... It started snowing here about 3:00 pm and by morning we had about 5 inches. It was so warm that the roads were never covered. It (the snow) was mostly gone that evening.
Again, welcome aboard....and Fair Winds
Bill
