Hi,
I am interested to hear from anyone who lives in the Chicago area. WE will be in the city in mid April. I was wondering if the weather will be good enough to take a cruise on the river and lake. I would appreciate any information you can offer. I realize this doesn't pertain to our CD but I trust the folks on this board.
Thanks.

Re: Chicago area
Hi Finlay:
Most every cruise boat has an enclosed, heated cabin area to look out and watch the river and lake during your cruise. If you want to sit outside, it's a day to day decision at that time of year. Sometimes it's sixty or sixty-five, sometimes it's thirty degrees. Most of the cruise boats are nice, and I think you'd enjoy it. Just be aware if you want to sit outside the whole time that it might be pretty cold. Hope this is of some help (I live about ninety miles from Chicago).
