Wood blocks
Does any one have or know of someone who has single blocks with wood cheeks for sale? Will be used on TY main sheet. Thanks
Re: Wood blocks
I found, at West Marine, a source of blocks, like you describe.
They will have to order them, but if you can get a chance to visit a store, they should have a picture of the blocks in their vendors catalogs.

Re: Wood blocks
I have some wood blocks off of a wooden friendship sloop & don't need them all. They are mostly double, but if you are interested, I'll look for what you want.Bill Lawson wrote: Does any one have or know of someone who has single blocks with wood cheeks for sale? Re: Wood blocks
One of the largest and best manufacturers around for wood shell blocks is the Pert Lowell, Co., Inc. of Newbury, Massachusetts. By the way they are also the oldest boat builder in the USA. They make a wide range of wooden blocks for smaller boats.Bill Lawson wrote: Does any one have or know of someone who has single blocks with wood cheeks for sale? Will be used on TY main sheet. Anyone interested should contact the owner, Ralph Johnson at 978-462-7409. Ralph is easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable.
