Thanks to all on this board who reponded to earlier inquiries on "survey" and other questions prior to the purchase of our new 31.

We are very blessed to have so many caring friends on this message board who we were able to contact during our journey. Ruth Ann McDonald contacted John Nuttle for us and others when we needed specifc telephone nmbers.

Can't believe how smooth the transaction was...the broker had his act together. Met broker at 10:00 am, surveyor met us at 12:00, short haul at 3:30, sea trial at 5:00pm...boat ours at 7pm. All signed CG marine documentation paperwork provided to us by 11:00 am next day. WHEW...things went fast and like clockwork. If ever looking for boat, contact Ray McLean at Bay Harbour Brokerage. He is super!!

Boat, Carina, Hull #85, is currently at Georgetown Landing Marina in Georgetown, SC. She will be home on Lanier in Atlanta, mid November.

We will be at the Marriott for the boatshow for those who will be attending in October.

Fair Winds!

Glad to here you like your "new boat". I am the proud new owner of a Typhoon. Once owned a Jboat I bought and sold through Bay Harbor Yacht Brokerage here in Norfolk, VA. The broker was excellent. By the way his name is Ron (vice Ray). Enjoy!
