I want to move my stern mounted "neck grabbing" main sheet to a mid-boom cabin top traveler. I've seen some of what look like original vintage CD travelers for these boats. Is there a sorce for either the OEM, replicas, or used??- as I'd like to keep the "classic" look. Otherwise I'll just build one from new parts.
Thanks,

Re: CD 28 Traveler
Rig Rite may have some parts. We had midboom sheeting on our 28; it is identical to the 30. Be aware that it will limit your visibility forward to some extent, but it will open up the cockpit if you have a tiller (at anchor). Rig rite did not have original parts for the "stops" several years ago but did supply me with a system that worked to replace them. Good luck.
