More on Yamaha 9.9 trouble

I've replaced the entire fuel system from the tank to the engine and have cleaned the fuel filter. Per Ed's suggestion, I pumped with the bulb in the vertical position and did finally get a firm bulb. Same result though, engine starts fine and stalls after 2 - 3 minutes. I then kept pumping the bulb every few seconds and could keep the engine going. My next suspect is the fuel pump, I've ordered a new diaphragm. Other than the fuel pump, does anyone have any other ideas?
