The first of the photo engraved tools for CD Builder's Plates finished this week. These were for the CD 25 and CD 27. The tools look great. We will begin casting next week. The tooling for the CD 33 and CD 36 plates are in process now and will be done shortly. Due to some changes being made in telephone equipment the Bristol Bronze web site will be down for about a week to ten days. As soon as the new lines are in we will be back up. The cost of energy keep going up and up. We are going to try to hold the price of the CD plates at $35.00 and the desk at $125.00 for as long as possible. When we pour bronze we do so at 2200 degrees F and that takes a lot of energy.
