Sorry that I missed your inquiry up until now.
I own a CD30, and I like using a Hild 10-40 Drifter.
This is a roller furled genoa, 140% in size, made
with three differing thicknesses of sail cloth. This
keeps the sails shape reasonable until you furl past
100% or so. Down wind, this sail works well 'Wing-on
Wing'. Or, use a cruising spinnaker with sock for
downwind work. I use my cruising spinn. from dead
down wind through about 70 deg. to the wind. In other
words, it can be used sheeted in tighly, as a huge
and very full genoa. One thing..it's fun!
