We have just posted a PDF reproduction of the 2nd edition (1989) of the Cape Dory 28 Power Owner's Manual on our web site. It includes complete diagrams for the 28 Power Cruiser, the Flybridge Cruiser, the Open Fisherman and the 280 Sport.
We hope to have a manual for the 33 Power available in either late summer or early fall.

Do you know if there was a manual for the CD 30 powerboat? I bought mine "new" (i.e., 3 years old but never officially commissioned) from a California dealer in 1993, and was told that Cape Dory didn't do a manual for the boat. But perhaps I was misinformed.
In any event, the 33 manual should be close enough - it's almost the same boat. I eagerly await it.
