Cape Dory 28 reversing gear ratio?

We are working on repowering our CD 28 (hull #4) Volvo Penta MD 7A with either a Yanmar 2YM15 or a Beta 16 and are trying to determine the reduction gear ratio for the new engine (which redlines at 3600 vs 2600 for the MD7A)

Does anyone know which reduction gear box is used on the CD 28 and what the ratio is?

Anyone know what the propeller pitch is?

I will provide a complete write up on our repower project once we select the aux engine and gearbox.

Here is the re manufactured unit I bought # 27850. That is a screenshot of an ebay ad.. I once searched that seller and made contacted on the phone. You might be able to get more info from him. He had lots of discontinued Volvo parts. I got the feeling he was retired and was clearing out his shop
