Decided to make a new sail cover, already had Sailrite machine, so why not..I purchased some sunbrella and matching thread and got to work. Used old sail cover as a pattern.
So far it's been pretty easy. But I will say handling all this fabic is challenging. Getting it all lined up and keeping it straight in the machine has been hardest part.. I have it made, just need to add zipper and fasteners. Should have it finished in a few days or so

Finished installing zipper and sewing up 95% of cover. Test fit tomorrow
