Decided to make a new sail cover, already had Sailrite machine, so why not..I purchased some sunbrella and matching thread and got to work. Used old sail cover as a pattern.
So far it's been pretty easy. But I will say handling all this fabic is challenging. Getting it all lined up and keeping it straight in the machine has been hardest part..I have it made, just need to add zipper and fasteners. Should have it finished in a few days or so

Finished installing zipper and sewing up 95% of cover. Test fit tomorrow
