This classic Cape Dory sailboat was rescued from a front lawn, full of water, no tarp was on the boat and trailer. Previous owner fished from it, never sailed it, and used a 2 hp outboard motor to propel it. 2 part mast, boom, centerboard, rudder, tiller, oars, standing rigging, running rigging included. Sail was rotted from being submerged for so long. Woodwork needs to be refurbished. LOA 10'6", 49" beam, fiberglass hull and centerboard, mahogany gunwales and seats, anodized aluminum spars, color white, built 1978. Comes with 1978 Highline boat trailer, color black, and current trailer tags. Since 2005, it has been stored under cover in an outbuilding. Restoration and use not completed due to unforeseen circumstances. This Classic needs to be back on the water. Boat and trailer $700.00 cash only. Sold as lot only.
