Board Backend Language Updated from PHP 5.3 -> PHP 5.4

Folks,

The company that hosts the server that runs the board is ending support for PHP 5.3. PHP is the language that the board software was written in.

I just updated the language to PHP 5.4 which is supposed to be compatible with the board. You know how that goes :) I've already fixed one problem but if there are others let Cathy or me know and I'll see what I can do to fix the problem.
