Attachment File Types?
I was going to make a post with a Microsoft Word attachment (docx), but that is apparently not allowed. What are the acceptable types of files that can be added as attachments?

My solution to most computer problems is a hammer. I doubt that will assist you.
I recommend you send a PM or email to Cathy Monaghan. She is the "webmistress" and knows all about computer stuff.

Tom,
If the file is not too big you can simply cut and paste from the docx to this board.

From a few tests, it appears that only "image" files are accepted.
Those are limited to JPEG (aka JPG), GIF and maybe PNG.
I just tried to upload a PDF and am MP4 but both were rejected.

Convert to the docx file to pdf. Then convert the pdf file to a jpeg. Then post the jpg.

Re: Attachment File Types?
Thank you all for your answers. It is too large to cut and paste. It would be 10 jpeg images, which seems like way too many for a post. I'm sure we can all live without it.
