1976 Cape Dory 25 selling cheap for a quick sale

I purchased this boat from a charity organization and would like to see it go to someone who loves them as much as I do. I’m not in a position to keep it and I do not want to let it sit. I know little about this boat specifically but I do know it is a solid boat and comes fully equipped. Here’s what I know. It looks like the bottom needs to be at the very least surveyed if not redone. I tried to take photos of the troubled areas. It comes on a cradle and we can arrange delivery. Trailer can be purchased for additional $800. Life lines need to be put back in but appear to be complete. Rigging should be checked.

The good: comes with many extras. Several sets of sails. New cushions see pictures.. The interior of the boat appears to be completely dry and there is no indication of mold or moisture. The bilge is dry and very clean. Comes with a 9.9 Johnson long-shaft. It turns over but I did not run it. Many other extras as well. This is a nice boat. Let’s make a deal.
