NOAA's 2019 Hurricane Forecast for Altantic and Caribbean
Well, this is not good. NOAA is predicting "near normal" storm activity this "H" season. "Near normal" for South Florida is a bad season. My ex-wife's name is on the list this year. I am thinking of moving to a concrete bomb shelter in NW Montana until 30 November 2019.
