“America’s Littlest Yacht”

The classic Typhoon Weekender is for the beginner and expert sailor alike. Carl Alberg designed her with the feel and performance of a larger boat. The Typhoon's "full keel," with 900 lbs. of molded-in ballast gives her the steadiness and stability not found in many larger designs.

We sailed her the last two summers, she’s beautiful. We’ve also camped aboard.

We love this sailboat, but now we’re traveling internationally, and, unfortunately, too far away to keep her.

NO Torqeedo battery for this engine (recalled and replaced by the manufacturer with the new engine and its new lithium battery)

I have a "like new" 2017 Sail Trailers aluminium trailer specifically for a Cape Dory Typhoon. It's designed for launch/retrieval with bunks, ladder, and winch on a post. I paid close to $3000.00 and would be willing to sell it for $2700.00. I sold my truck and bought a slip, so I don't see myself using the trailer anytime soon. It's located south of Annapolis.

Well maybe...it could be just a major panic I'm feeling. My CD36 Skylark is under contract.

We haven't any other leads on a trailer. She's a beautiful sailboat and still available.
