CD Typhoon for sale - FL $3,100

I hate to sell her, but I just don't have time to maintain and sail her!
She is a great boat, but the teak could use a rub and the topsides could use some paint.
Trailer is great - new axle, hubs, and springs.
Comes with motor mount and long shaft 3 hp Tohatsu - pushes her along great.

I have 5 sails - 2 x main, 2 x jib, and a roller fuller with a split jib (great for downwind sailing).
I will throw in bumpers, lines, seat cushions, anchor, hand-held bilge pump, PFDs, etc...
