CD28 Powerboat 4-blade Prop??

I read a post on this board back in August about changing the 3-blade prop with a 19" four bladed prop. What would the pitch be of this prop??
Can I expect the results that I saw posted of about 21 knots. This is for a fellow Auxilarist friend who has a CD 28' FB model with a 318 Chrysler engine.
