OGM LED Navigation Lights

Post by tartansailor »

After recent dealings with OGM www.orcagreen.com I feel compelled to give them the strongest possible recommendation to anyone who is looking for LED navigation lighting for their boat.
Why? Because after a bit under 3 years we found water intrusion in our OGM anchor light, and I thought that I was out of luck. To my great surprise Megan 443-699-6348 said right off the bat that she will send me a no charge replacement. Now this is no cheap run of the mill light. It is a 2 mile light. It has a photo diode mode which it will turn on at dusk and off at dawn. Great if you are at the outside of a mooring. It also has a strobe function for offshore emergencies. Now I’m not one for hyperbole and have no interest in this fine company. I’m just an 80 year old retired chemical engineer trying to do the right thing for a company that has served me well.

Sounds like a well deserved accolade. It's nice when someone stands behind their product.
