For everyone who has been asking about prop sizes: I just got this information from Michigan Wheel regarding proper prop size for CD-30s with Volvo MD-7A motors. Presumably this would be close for CD-28s with the same motor.

COMMENTS:
The recommended clearance between propeller tip and hull bottom is 15% of

Turns out this is exactly what I have, and the clearance in the aperture is just what they recommend, so I assume this to be the original prop.
