Andy Vavolotis Steps Away

Post by Bob Emmons »

For those of you who are not aware, Andy Vavolotis, is retiring from ownership of Robinhood Marine Center. Andy started Cape Dory Yachts in the year 1963 in Massachusetts, and later continued with Robinhood Yachts in Maine, (a revamped Cape Dory) and was very active, still working in the yard up until his retirement. Attached is a copy of his retirement letter along with the introduction of the new owners of this beautiful marina in Maine. He deserves much recognition for his hard work ethic, and his stewardship and care of the this historical marina.
Thanks Andy!
