I rewrote this from being about older workers having problems with employment opportunities and worried about how it would be received in its nautical setting. Thanks for getting the humor.....my admiral (wife) warns me to stay away from hurmor because it's so dry....but I find humor in many aspects of sailing.

As a dinosaur computer geek that still has to make a living... I loved this! You have no idea how many times I've wanted to tell young(-ish?) whipper-snapper, PHBs (aka: pointy-haired-bosses) the very same thing!
