At long last, its time to say goodbye.
The recent East Coast storm caused a boat to break its moorings and it drifted down on my 1980 CD27 Sine Qua Non. Suffice it to say the insurance company will take her because the cost to repair the damage will exceed her insurance value. I was going to sell her this winter anyway, after having owned and loved her for 15 years (since March 2000.) Time for me to give up ownership and bum an occasional sail with some very good sailing friends on their boats.

So sorry to hear about the loss of your boat. Even though you were already planning to sell her that is still a sad way to end a long association with a fine vessel. Maybe a Typhoon would fill your future needs. They are so much fun, quite low maintenance and can be trailered home for the winter.
