Lake Superior 1980 CD 28 owner?

I looked at and photographed a CD 28 "Gena Belle" for sale this spring up in a Superior Wisconsin boat yard, and would love to discuss its history with the owner. Is anyone here by chance the owner, or know who it is, and can help me contact them?
