Cape Dory 30 available in New Jersey for free

I own a 1986 Cape Dory 30 "B" option sailboat.
I am no longer able to maintain or use this boat .
Pelican Moon is in ok shape and needs lots of TLC.
Teak maintenance, some wet deck issues and general clean up are required.
Right now the mast is down for easy road transport, but arrangements can be made
to have the mast raised and the boat launched in Atlantic Highlands NJ.
This is a difficult decision, but it must be done.

I will keep folks informed on how things go, thank you to Jack for passing on this treasure.....that is my story and I will sticking to it when I let my wife know that both her son and husband have been bitten by the Cape Dory Bug!
