Can not add anything more than what one would look for generally on most boats. With Cape Dory a look at any blister history or excess deck stress cracks. Look over carefully your big ticket items..i.e. sail condition, diesel, head system, and electronics. This includes rolling them out, starting it up and turning them on kind of thing. If this all looks, sounds, and runs well you should consider a followup survey as part of the sale. The CD25D is a pretty sturdy boat...you should not find too many things.
