Snow Goose is Hull #1 of Cape Dory 26 sloop. Bought it 3 years ago and it is a great boat, all around.
Have a question about the outboard others use and may have tried.
Presently, I have a 9.8 Nissan 4-stroke , 25 inch shaft. Has anyone used a smaller outboard with a 20 inch shaft with same HP or more or less?
The reason I ask is that I have a skiff that could take a 9.8 but the 25 inch shaft is way too big. Was wanting maybe to buy an outboard that could fit on both boats.
