Post for table in 1978 CD 25?

Post by Sail Scituate »

Any suggestions for finding a replacement or an alternative solution for the post that holds up the small table in the cabin of my '78 Cape Dory 25? I jury-rigged a smaller diameter post this past season, but would prefer to find one that fits the way it's supposed to.

Thanks

See if this will work.

You can buy the parts separately. Here is a link to a 2.25" post. They also have one that is 2.875". They are tapered and should work fine with you existing base and table.

Thanks for the replies. I didn't know about Continental Marine, so even if they don't have what I'm looking for, it's a good resource. Somehow, I also missed iboat on my online searches, so another good resource.
