CD 28 #36 and Volvo Manual

CD 28 Hull #36 is now in Annapolis, MD. We brought her down from South Amboy (essentially Staten Island) last week - down the NJ coast, through the Cape May Canal, up the Delware to the C&D canal and then down the Chesapeake. Wonderful trip, despite a burst holding tank/bladder at 10:30 pm in the middle of the Delaware Bay-YUCKKK! ABsolutely thrilled with the way she handled, including a great day from Sandy Hook to Barnegat Inlet with Small Craft Advisory up - bright sun and a following sea. Total trip was 240 nm.

Now for a question - does anyone know where I might be able to find a manual for my Volvo MD 7??

The best way is to call any Volvo dealer and explain what you want (the manual). They can refer you to a marine Volvo dealer. There are two manuals available, a simpler owner's manual and a more complicated shop manual.

Volvo #4208 Parts Cat.
Cost lots of $$$$.

Also ck with Intertec Publishing (Clymer Documents), 913-341-1300, Overland Park, Kansas, a more general document, but very helpful.
