Sailrite
I refinished a CD 10 last winter and ordered a sail kit from Sailrite. It was pretty easy to put together with just a regular sewing machine and fun to do. They will work with you on colors, reef points, and such.

I just learned about the Sail Warehouse. Should you decide a DIY approach isn't for you, this may work. While you can order custom, some sails are in-stock and reasonably priced, which is to say they won't cost both an arm and a leg.
