3 Blade prop on CD 27

I recently added a three blade prop to my Cd 27 with a 2GM raw water cooled 13 HP . Has anyone reproped their CD 27 and what pitch and size did you use. I presently have a 12" three blade with 10 degrees of pitch which seems too little. Planning to add another degree this winter.
Any thoughts would be apprecaited. ( Originally it had a 12x14 )

Steve--that "10" is not degrees of pitch, but the length of one full rotation of the helix described by the tip of one blade. I don't know if that's too short or not.
