Hull No. 245. Price reduced to $6,500. Boat located in Chaumont, NY (Lake Ontario, Thousand Islands area).
Many improvements:
--New main (Moorhouse Sails, 2009) paid $975
--2006 Nissan 6 hp 4-stroke (used only 10 hours, paid $1200).
--New cabin cushions (2010, paid $1000).
--2002 CDI roller-furler (paid $1000). 150 and 130 Genoas from previous owner still in good condition, added Sunbrella suncover to 150 for roller-furler in 2003.

No blistering on hull, gel coat in good condition, deck is firm. The way I see it, the boat minus all the new equipment is certainly worth $5K. Throw in all the new gear and improvements (deck painted, teak stripped and Cetolled) and at $6500 it's a great deal. Bought boat on Cape Cod in 2001 (originally named Liberty, never renamed it but wet-sanded off the faded name), had it moved to Lake Ontario in 2004. Great boat, looking for a Marshall catboat I can dock in shallow water in my brother-in-law’s cove.
