1976 Typhoon Weekender for sale in western New York State on Chautauqua Lake at Long Point State Park Marina in slip C-23. Very sailable--been sailed many times this summer. It is available because we are going to own just one boat--the other being an ODay 28 in New Jersey. The Ty is registered in NYS. There is no trailer but there is a cradle at the winter storage marina at the end of the lake--i.e. Ready About Sailing Marina in Celeron N.Y. There is a CDI roller furling system with a 130 genoa; a new main with a single reef . There is spinnaker track on the mast. There is a Yamaha 4 stroke , 4 h.p.with remote tank ( or use the self contained tank ) yr. 2002. Starts on first pull. Shop serviced. There are seven cushions --two cockpit and five interior in good shape blue. There are no deck compression problems. Hull is in very good condition--bottom painted. Original white hull and blue trim non-skid which could be re-painted. All wood is in great shape--presently oiled with Semco Goldentone. The rudder shaft/tiller clamp was machined for a better *pinch* to give very positive steering ( no play ) There are preservers, bumpers, paddles, boat hook,bilge pump and mooring lines.
