Cricket is a Cape Dory 25D (Hull #92) built by Cape Dory of Taunton, MA in 1983

We’ve had her for 9 years, and have sailed her as far south as Scituate, Massachusetts and as far north as Mount Desert Island, Maine. She’s a sturdy boat that has kept us safe and has taught us a lot about sailing and the sea. We have spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars upgrading the boat to Bristol condition (details in link below). We are sad that it is time to sell her, but with a growing family we’ve decided to move on to a bigger boat.

Cricket is temporarily off the market...

Post by bobdugan »

Thank you to those of you who called/emailed about your interest in the boat!

We're pulling Cricket off the market for the next month or so until we can make sure we can afford to move up to the bigger boat we've been thinking about.

Thanks again.

Cricket is for sale again...

Post by bobdugan »

OK we've figured out what we're doing for our next boat so Cricket is for sale again.

She's on the hard at the side of our house. Come take a look!

We hope Cricket's new owners enjoy her as much as we have over the last ten years.
