From the Pantry...Easy One Pot Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie

Post by Cathy Monaghan »

This is an easy one-dish meal that can be on the table in less than an hour but requires an oven. All of the ingredients come from a can or a box so they're easily stowed until it's time for use.

Ingredients:
  • 1 2/3 cups hot water
1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken or Turkey
2 5-oz. cans chicken or turkey drained
1 15-oz. can mixed vegetables drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz) regular or less sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 cup Parmalat milk

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, add the hot water to the stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.

Place chicken and vegetables in 2-quart casserole or 13 x 9 baking pan and mix together. Mix soup and milk; pour over chicken mixture. Top with prepared stuffing.

Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
