She's in geat shape, with lot's of care and improvments. Interior upholstery and cushions updated, 1GM runs great, new coat of bottom paint in Feb 2009, masthead tri-color and anchor light. Bimini, cockpit cushions, bright work recently stripped and redone with TeakGuard. Sails, standing rigging, roller furling, life lines all updated. Hull alwgripped by previous owner. Lowrance GPS

I suspect my asking price has something to do with this.
I'm proud of her and know she's a good boat, but maybe too proud as the saying goes

We are in a, "purchasing another boat", situation and would be better off not to own two boat at once. So, to that end I've changed my stategy.
