I am about to install a Newport diesel cabin heater to take the chill out of Maine evenings on the water. A backing is called for, and I have seen a well configured sheet stainless system but would prefer something more pleasing to the eye, such as ceramic tile. Never having worked with it before, curious about drilling for stove mounting bolts and general procedures for aplication of tile on a vertical surface. Would appreciate any advice or ideas. Best regards from Casco Bay, Tony Zane Betz, '81 CD 33 "Wildings" - really looking forward to seeing the "fleet" in Onset and at Robinhood!
