I recently purchased a 33. There is fiberglass fibers starting to show at the top of the rudder. The area in question is about 3/4 's of an inch long along the bend at the top of the rudder. What kind of repair kit should I use? Any advice is appreciated.

I like to use Marine-Tex for small fiberglass repairs. The grey is stronger than the white, and it will be painted so the color doesn't matter. It seems to adhere better than my gel coat attempts, and is easier to work with too. You can by it in very small amounts making it pretty inexpensive. Good luck with your 33 - they are beautiful boats!
