For anyone who needs to know, the gasket for the Spartan bronze portlight is 34 1/2 inches. This is the long dimension for cutting the 1/2 inch neoprene cord at a 45 degree angle (point to point). You can do all six portlights with 20 feet of cord. Use contact cement to mount it in the groove.
