Need wood hatch covers

I need all three compartment covers that go under the cushions on a Typhoon Weekender. Can I buy these anywhere, or will I have to make them? There is not much of a flange for these to rest on, so the would have to be pretty precise if I make them, plus they would need to be pretty thin to be flush. Any ideas anyone?
