Deal on a hurricane damage 1984 Cape Dory 31

May want to check Ebay as their appears to be a 1984 31 footer that is being sold in Florida that someone ( with a little carpentry skills ) may be able to turn into a decent boat for a reasonable price. Simply type in Cape Dory when the main page comes up and you will see about 5 items , one of which is this boat.
